With over a decade of experience and in-depth knowledge, Dr Arathi is a Yoga Therapist well trained in the yogic principles of Krishnamacharya. Dr Arathi was associated with Krishnamacharya Yoga Mandiram for almost a decade. She works one on one with the students and creates courses with a particular goal. This aids in the overall wellbeing of the student. She aims to create awareness of the importance of yoga and use yoga as a healthy lifestyle.
