Back pain is a common issue that affects vast majority of the population. An individual’s back pain can be due to various issues like improper posture, obesity, injury, aging, wrong sudden movements and/or wear and tear. And each individual’s back pain is different from the other, it can range from a mild pain to a sharp throbbing sensation. At Yoga Samvidaa, we conduct a thorough evaluation and identify the root cause of the back pain. Once the cause is identified, we set short term and long term goals. Our immediate goal is to relieve the individual from the pain and slowly progress towards strengthening the back. Apart from the yoga practice, we also suggest dietary and lifestyle changes that would further accelerate the healing process.
